Tactical Tips
Hi Todd,

The turkeys, the cookies, the hams and the pies! When we think about the holidays, food is often first in our minds. After all, eating all those goodies is one of the joys of the season!

For this month's issue of Great Ideas, we thought you might like some ideas to help your employees kick-start some positive changes and keep their holidays on a healthy track. After all, a healthy employee is more productive--and less expensive!

I hope you enjoy these wellness tips!

Regards,

Amanda Huddleston
